CMG is a story of my life from Chicago to Job Corps, down to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to Mississippi, and the Marine Corps until now. The leaps and bounds endured are the patchwork of Catapult Mentoring Group. My story is the solution to help youth navigate the trappings of juvenile delinquency.
Begin to end, not just to begin.
Our best product is found within those we have the most influence. My son is the best example that CMG three-tier mentoring process works. Starting in middle school he has been linked to people with resources that have since launched him toward his goal. Mentoring is not perfect, consistent that creates strong bonds needed to build confidence & courage to grow from each experience.
Begin with the end in mind.
Although CMG 3 tier mentoring process begins during adolescence, the teaching start so much sooner. Toddlers like my daughter have room in Catapult Mentoring Group with attendance during visits to university, business, and national parks.
